Caitlin Dawson (DSO, ARO) has worked in international student advising since 2014 and currently serves as an immigration specialist on the Student Team at the University of Pittsburgh. In her role, she handles a caseload of about 1,200 F-1 and J-1 students. Previously, she was a senior international student advisor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison; in that role she handled immigration casework, advising, and programming duties. She is also a member of NAFSA's Trainer Corps, and she enjoys researching student and exchange visitor visa regulations (really).
