Presentation Description: Today’s workplace is the most generationally diverse in history. With teams spanning five generations, generational stereotypes can disrupt workflow and increase division within teams. We will present research and data on workplace values and summative insights of different generations. These insights can support management and boost intergenerational team dynamics. Let's explore participants’ career journeys, and how to leverage their current professional stage with this data to advance their teams' unique vision for long-term staffing and professional development.
