How to Establish and Enhance Processes for Agent Management

Join us for a discussion on agent management processes. Topics to be discussed include strategies for agent establishment like recruiting and vetting international agents, contract development and staffing. We will also address ongoing maintenance processes required to manage agent relationships such as contract tracking, invoicing and agent communication. The purpose of this session is to provide the framework required to implement an agent recruitment strategy with the best outcome, within staffing limitations.

Learning Objectives:

  • Participants new to international agent management will gain the skills to map out a management process required to begin utilizing agents in their recruitment strategy.
  • Participants already working with agents will be able to critically refine systematized contract management, tracking, communication and invoicing.
  • Participants will enhance their understanding of key metrics and performance indicators for evaluating the success of their agent management strategies.
