Parole, TPS, and Academic/Scholar Advising on Immigration Options

This session will explore how universities, or departments can use specialized parole programs implemented by the Biden Admin. to enroll students or hire talent, where other visa options are not feasible.  We will discuss methods of sponsorship for parole, paths forward post parole entry, and how TPS fits into the process.  We will discuss the process for employment or family-based sponsorship after a parole entry, or for applicants with TPS. Session will be impacted/adjusted based on election results and current state of affairs.  Q&A will be heartily welcomed during the session.
