Robert Watkins has worked in international admissions for 38 years at the University of Texas-Austin, and has been a NAFSA member since 1983. A past ADSEC chair and NAFSA Region III chair, he was, until recently, the network leader for NAFSA’s Bologna Special Focus Network. He has also served on the TOEFL Policy Board, and is completing a 10-year stint as chair of the NCAA International Student Records Committee. He is currently on the NAFSA Awards Sub-Committee.
