Delo Blough, Director of the Office of International Services at the University of Pittsburgh, received her JD Degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 1986 and has 40 years experience in immigration law and higher education. She has served as PDSO and RO at three institutions over the years, as well as filing H-1B, O-1, and LPR petitions at each university. Ms. Blough presents frequently on issues related to immigration in the higher education arena. She maintains membership in the Virginia State Bar and has served on the NAFSA Region VIII Chair Stream and as president of Virginia International Educators.
