From Education Abroad to Career Development: Exploring Research-Based Connections

In an era of increased emphasis on career preparation in higher education, it's meaningful to maximize the effect of education abroad on student’s vocational skills and trajectories. Over the last two decades, this link between education abroad and career outcomes has been well researched. In this session, we’ll share key trends from the literature and look into remaining areas of exploration. We’ll then discuss collective ideas on how we’re all able to enhance the career development experience of students studying abroad from our universities and organizations.
